Skill generator for Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Codex
This repo turns a target software tool or workflow into a ready-to-use agent skill. The pipeline is split across `scripts/` for automation, `agents/` for phase instructions, `templates/` for scaffolds, and `references/` for the platform formats and schemas it outputs against.
Builders who want their agent to create reusable skills from CLI tools, APIs, libraries, or workflows.
You can generate and package a production-ready skill instead of hand-writing it for each platform.
What it does
Seven-phase skill pipeline
Analyzes a target, designs the skill, implements files, generates tests, evaluates results, optimizes the description, and packages the output.
Target auto-detection
Detects whether the target is a CLI tool, REST API, library, workflow, or service and picks a matching path.
Multi-platform packaging
Builds outputs for Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, and a generic `.skill` package.
Agent instruction set
Provides phase-specific instructions in `agents/analyzer.md`, `designer.md`, `implementer.md`, `grader.md`, `comparator.md`, `optimizer.md`, and `packager.md`.
Evaluation and benchmark loop
Generates test cases, runs evals, compares results, and improves the skill description from the feedback loop.
Templates and adapters
Includes `templates/skill-scaffold` and `templates/platform-adapters` for new skills and platform-specific output.

What is SkillAnything?
One target in, production-ready Skills out.
SkillAnything is a Skill that generates Skills. Give it any target -- a CLI tool, REST API, Python library, workflow, or web service -- and it runs a fully automated 7-phase pipeline:
